Work Philosophy

Individual Attention

Over the years, we have noted that most of our clients, whether bankers, shipowners or businessmen, appreciate and highly value the fact that their case is personally dealt with by a partner they can contact at any time, whether at our offices or on the phone. Taking this into account, we have structured our organization in such a way that each case is entrusted, from its beginning, to a specific partner or lawyer, who is responsible for handling the case. This way our clients can rely on receiving fast and concise answers to their case.

Reliability and Availability

Often, due to its complex internal structures, large organizations lack the means to provide an efficient legal service to their clients. At VV&GM, one of our main goals is to develop a relationship of trust with our clients, allowing us to offer a service free of major bureaucratic obstacles. A simple phone call instructing the urgent registration of a vessel in the Panamanian Merchant Marine or requesting the immediate constitution of a corporation is all that is necessary to ensure that we immediately proceed with the instruction. This is the type of working relationship that we wish to establish with all our clients in order to provide access to all our legal services, without the need for formalities, when the urgency of the matter requires a swift solution.

Professional Excellence

Undoubtedly, personal and individualized service is the key to providing an efficient legal service. That is why at VV&GM, our first priority is selecting the right personnel. Attorneys at VV&GM have ample experience in their diverse areas of expertise, as evidenced by their resumes. They have worked in Government, Diplomatic and Consular Entities, have published works, including conference material and/or have occupied prestigious positions in their individual fields of expertise.
In addition, our support staff composed of legal assistants as well as executive and legal secretaries is chosen following a strict selection process: all paralegal assistants are bilingual (English-Spanish) and are specialized in their individual fields.
