Particularly noteworthy is our legal advise from the early 1990s to MANZANILLO INTERNATIONAL TERMINAL-PANAMA, S.A., the largest container terminal in Panama and the second largest in Latin America, regarding the negotiation of its contract with the Republic of Panama and subsequent handling of relations with said Government pertaining to MIT’s Contract with Panama.
